We’ve thought of everything you need for custom designed

1. Kick-Off Questions

Our account managers know the right questions to ask to save you time and move the project along quickly. In order to provide the best design ideas within your constraints, we’ll need to know your:

  • Deadline
  • Budget
  • Event, transaction, or reason for commemoration
  • Your preferred material (if you have one)
  • Delivery Location
  • Vector Logo
  • Any special requests: drop shipping, custom packaging, personalization, etc.

Even if you aren’t “creative” or have never seen a deal toy before, we have created custom designed awards for every type of industry and event: you can be as involved (or not involved) in the process as you need to be.

2. Initial Design & Digital Renderings

After discussing your needs, we’ll get a sense of your goals and any initial design preferences to get started. We do the creative work for you, listening carefully to your answers so our designs hit the mark on the first try when possible.

Our designers create custom renderings specifically for your project. Depending on complexity, you will receive detailed digital renderings within 48-72 hours.

Based on your budget and timeline, we’ll recommend the best materials and customization options to meet your needs. Our designers have decades of experience and ideas to guide the process.

3. Photo or Physical Sample

Time doesn’t always allow for a physical sample, but we always suggest ordering one if possible. If shipping would interrupt the timeline, the factory will send several photos of the first piece to serve as a photo sample. We do not approve the piece for production without approval based on a photo or physical sample.

4. Fast Production

After decades in the industry, we have excellent relationships with suppliers for quick turnarounds. Depending on complexity and quantity, production usually takes 5-8 business days. We bring unmatched experience to design a custom award that looks great while staying within your timeline. Based on your budget, timeline, and complexity, we’ll guide your project to success.

5. Shipped

Whether you’re shipping directly to a dinner location or drop shipping across the world to a distributed team, we handle packaging and timelines to get things where they need to go. We’ll ask you to provide addresses in CSV format early on to speed up the shipping process and ensure delivery. These custom designed awards are made with high-quality materials, so they look great when they arrive or after the recipient travels home from the event.
